Last we saw Thao, she and the Get Down Stay Down were keeping yt’s neighbors awake with a version of “Know Better Learn Faster” that kept the walls whispering for months. This time around, Thao invited us to herhouse for some rainy-day rehearsals with Mirah before their very first gig together. Here’s our account of the pair playing one of Thao’s new songs, “How Dare You.”
